Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team at a boutique Investment Bank located in the heart of Mayfair.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a client-facing role and be keen to progress their corporate receptionist career. You will have a positive approach, 'can-do' attitude, and be committed to delivering customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Liaise with and develop strong working relationships with vendors, contractors, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure all stationery, marketing materials, and kitchen essentials are replenished regularly to maintain a professional and well-stocked office environment.
- Organize meeting rooms and coordinate with catering to arrange meeting refreshments, including setting up and cleaning down after meetings.
- Sign for all deliveries and ensure they are given to the correct person, maintaining accurate records and tracking of incoming shipments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential, with prior experience in hospitality, financial services, or cabin crew being desirable.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
