Job Summary
A corporate receptionist position has become available at an international law firm located close to Liverpool Street. We are seeking a skilled and professional receptionist to provide exceptional client service and support the team.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a corporate receptionist role, excellent personal presentation, and flexibility with working patterns and shifts. A strong telephone manner and ability to work under pressure are also essential for this role.
About the Job
This full-time corporate receptionist opportunity involves managing over 30 meeting rooms, greeting visitors positively, and dealing with administrative tasks in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of client service are always delivered.
Responsibilities
- Manage meeting rooms and handle administrative tasks
- Greet visitors and clients positively
- Provide exceptional client service
- Liaise with catering staff regarding refreshments for meetings
- Deal with client telephone queries and data input
- Book meeting room requests and arrange swearing of oaths by solicitors
