Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled receptionist to provide excellent customer service, manage meeting rooms, and support facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in financial services or professional services and be able to work in a hybrid set up with 5 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet clients and ensure a first-class service
  • Manage meeting rooms – bookings, set ups, and troubleshooting
  • Order catering, supplies, and support facilities
Required Skills and Qualifications

You must be an established corporate receptionist with experience working within financial services or professional services.

A strong understanding of excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
