A career-defining opportunity has arisen for a seasoned receptionist to join a prestigious Investment Bank located in the heart of Mayfair. As a Front of House Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless interactions with guests and vendors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Liaise with and develop strong working relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure stationery, marketing materials, and kitchen essentials are replenished regularly
- Organize meeting rooms, coordinating refreshments and IT requirements
- Sign for deliveries, ensuring they reach the correct person
About You:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential
- Prior experience in hospitality, financial services, or cabin crew is desirable
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships, prioritizing tasks accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a reliable and hardworking attitude
