Corporate Receptionist

Experience a new challenge with Kings Recruitment Consultants as a Corporate Receptionist in London. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless operations in a dynamic corporate environment.
The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
This temporary position offers a competitive salary of £18.75 per hour for approximately 37.5 hours per week, paid for by the client. As a fully office-based role, you will be working closely with the client suite team to deliver a 5-star service.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors, handling calls and directing them accordingly
- Supervise the client suite team to maintain high standards of service
- Perform daily checks on meeting rooms and visitor offices
- Schedule and set up meetings and conferences
- Resolve client and visitor issues efficiently
- Manage the Event Management System
