The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

This temporary position offers a competitive salary of £18.75 per hour for approximately 37.5 hours per week, paid for by the client. As a fully office-based role, you will be working closely with the client suite team to deliver a 5-star service.

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, handling calls and directing them accordingly
  • Supervise the client suite team to maintain high standards of service
  • Perform daily checks on meeting rooms and visitor offices
  • Schedule and set up meetings and conferences
  • Resolve client and visitor issues efficiently
  • Manage the Event Management System

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in corporate reception management
  • A high level of attention to detail
