Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join KMK Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the Asset Management sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a corporate reception role, preferably in a finance or corporate company. They will be required to act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting up meeting rooms, providing administrative support to the Facilities Manager, and maintaining the overall smooth operation of the office.

To succeed in this role, you must be immaculately presented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Assisting with the setup and coordination of meetings and events
  • Providing administrative support to the Facilities Manager

Salary: £40,000 plus bonus and benefits
