Job Title: IFA Administration Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administration Team Leader to join our team at Lime People Search & Select Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of our administration staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of administration staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, conducting performance reviews and appraisals to ensure they are meeting company standards.
  • Use a diary management system to allocate and track incoming work across the administration teams.
  • Liaise with advisors throughout the advice process, supporting the production of portfolio and fund analysis reports for advisor/client meetings.
  • Assist the compliance officer to ensure compliance standards are met throughout the financial services department.
  • Support the directors with project work in relation to improvements in business operations.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in management or team leading in the financial services industry, ideally from within an independent financial advisory sector. You will have a good understanding of the financial advice sales process, business submission process, and the commissions and fee payment process. Knowledge of Intelligent Office and/or involvement with systems migrations/upgrades would be advantageous. Additional financial services qualifications such as working towards or achieving a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning would also be beneficial.

A competitive salary is offered with this 1-year fixed-term contract position, with a good bonus to be paid at the end of the contract, with the possibility of it being extended or made permanent.
