Job Title: IFA Administration Team Leader

Lime People Search & Select Ltd is seeking an experienced IFA Administration Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our administration function, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the administration teams, training and motivating the team to achieve objectives, and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of all team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process and conduct performance reviews and appraisals in line with company objectives.
  • Use a Diary Management System to allocate and track incoming work across the administration teams.
  • Liaise with advisors throughout the advice process and support the production of portfolio and fund analysis reports for advisor/client meetings.
  • Use platforms and liaise with product providers to obtain information about existing and potential investments, including the coordination of training on new products.
  • Assist the compliance officer to ensure compliance standards are met throughout the financial services department.
  • Support the smooth and efficient running of the office on a daily basis and coordinate between advisers, paraplanners, and administrative staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
