We are seeking an experienced IFA Administration Team Leader to join our team at Lime People Search & Select Ltd. As a key member of our financial services department, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of our administration teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Lead the administration teams, train and motivate staff to achieve objectives, and promote a healthy and safe work environment.
  2. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, conduct performance reviews, and appraisals in line with company objectives.
  3. Diary Management: Use a diary management system to allocate and track incoming work across the administration teams.
  4. Liaison and Support: Liaise with advisors throughout the advice process, support the production of portfolio and fund analysis reports, and coordinate training on new products.
  5. Compliance and Operations: Assist the compliance officer to ensure compliance standards are met, and support the directors with project work related to business operations.

We are looking for a candidate with management or team leading experience in the financial services industry, preferably from within an independent financial advisory sector. You should have a good understanding of the financial advice sales process, business submission process, and commissions and fee payment process. Knowledge of Intelligent Office and/or involvement with systems migrations/upgrades would be advantageous. Additional financial services qualifications, such as a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, would also be beneficial.

A competitive salary and bonus structure are offered for this 1-year fixed-term contract position, with the possibility of extension or permanence.
