Job Overview

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the team's email inbox, ensuring timely responses to enquiries and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
  • Providing expert advice to residential care settings on infection prevention and control measures, supporting them in managing outbreaks of infectious diseases.
  • Carrying out IPC audits in residential settings, analyzing data, and presenting findings to care providers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the Health Protection Manager to ensure effective administration and coordination within the team.
