Reception Manager Vacancy at Our 4-Star Hotel in Bracknell

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Reception Manager to join our Front Office team at our hotel in Bracknell. As a Reception Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience during their stay. Your role will involve managing the front desk, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a senior or team leader capacity. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. A high standard of personal presentation and a calm and organized approach to work are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front Office team and ensure that all guests receive a high level of service.
  • Manage the front desk, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience during their stay.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
