Reception Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager to join our team at Coppid Beech Hotel.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment, where you will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and train a team of receptionists to ensure they are providing the highest level of service.
- Manage the hotel's Opera Hotel Operating system and ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
- Work closely with the hotel's management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a front desk management role within a similar sized hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and management.
- Experience of working with budgets and manpower planning for changes in occupancy levels.
- Excellent numeracy skills and ability to manage accounts and billing.
- Flexibility with shifts and hours as required by the business.
