Lodge Manager

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.
This varied and interesting role will see you working closely with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and organizing activities and events for Owners.
You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for Owners, providing a first-class service and ensuring their needs are met.
About YouThis position is ideally suited to individuals with experience in similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.
A successful Lodge Manager is someone who loves to work 'front of house' and is focused on providing excellent customer service with excellent administration skills.
You will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with a love of people, and be able to work independently, using your own initiative.
