About the Role
Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join our Perinatal Mental Health Service Team - Mother and Baby Unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and perinatal support to antenatal and post-natal mothers in our ward.
Main Responsibilities
- Work as a team player to provide perinatal support to mothers and their babies.
- Provide high-quality care and emotional support at all times.
- Participate in assessment of needs, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for mothers and their babies.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Trust's Policies and Procedures.
- Support families to understand their baby's perspective.
- Provide practical baby care and support families with common baby issues.

Requirements
- CACHE Level 3 qualification.
- Diploma in childcare & Education (NNEB) or Diploma in childcare Studies (BTEC) or NVQ Level 3 in childcare & Education.
