About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursery Nurse to join our Perinatal Mental Health Service Team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust.
As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to antenatal and post-natal mothers and their babies on our Mother and Baby Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide perinatal support to mothers and their babies, promoting a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement care for mothers and their babies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the needs of mothers and their babies are met.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to mothers, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of care, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
