Nursery Nurse Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursery Nurse to join our Perinatal Mental Health Service Team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to mothers and their babies in our Mother and Baby Unit.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide perinatal support to antenatal and post-natal mothers in the ward.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care for mothers and their babies.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Trust's Policies and Procedures.
- Support families to understand their baby's perspective and provide practical baby care.
- Signpost families to relevant resources and services as needed.
