About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Intec Select. As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex infrastructure systems, including servers, virtualization, storage, networks, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement complex infrastructure systems, including servers, virtualization, storage, networks, and cloud environments.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability, collaborating cross-functionally throughout the organization.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, providing timely support to internal teams.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and conduct regular audits to safeguard systems and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Project Leadership: Lead infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
  • Capacity Planning: Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Technology Advancement: Keep up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience with infrastructure, including Hyper-V and physical servers (Windows).
  • Skills: Proficient with Windows server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Failover Manager, and experience with implementation of and backup maintenance (Veeam).
  • Cloud Experience: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-site infrastructure.
  • Network Experience: Strong hands-on experience configuring and maintaining network devices such as Firewalls (Palo alto/Cisco ASA), Switches, WiFi, and Routers.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
