About Our Role
We're seeking an experienced Social Care Professional to join our dynamic team at The Mungo Foundation in Glasgow. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in supporting adults with dementia, enabling them to maintain their independence and participate fully in their local community.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care, preferably with experience working with individuals with dementia. You'll possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A suitable qualification or willingness to work towards one is essential.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £24,500 - £26,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including access to our Mungo Money scheme. You'll also enjoy 30 days' annual leave (based on 38 hours per week) and extensive training and development opportunities.
