We are seeking a Community Dementia Outreach Worker to join our team in the Fife area. As an Outreach Worker, you will be involved in supporting people living with dementia to establish personal goals and outcomes and help them to achieve these. Our short-term intervention and support service offers guidance and assistance to people living with dementia and their carers to reduce social isolation, build confidence, and engage with the local community.

The successful applicant will have a positive approach to dementia, be flexible, inclusive, creative, and organised in their approach. A relevant qualification and previous experience of working with people with dementia would be an advantage.
