As a Care Specialist - Dementia Nursing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to individuals with dementia, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide direct care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and mobility assistance.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor resident progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed.

About This Role

This is a full-time position, and the salary range is approximately £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
