We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our dedicated team at Leaders in Care. This challenging and rewarding role involves providing high-quality care to residents in our care homes, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centred care to residents and their families, prioritising their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Mentor and support colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
- Attend safeguarding training and take appropriate action when necessary, upholding the highest standards of care and protection.
