">About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled Clinical Education Specialist to join our clinical education team in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering evidence-based education and training to our clinical staff across Marie Curie Scotland.
">You will play a key role in shaping the future of palliative care through education and support, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our clinical staff.

">Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver high-quality education and training programs for clinical staff across Marie Curie Scotland">
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, develop, and evaluate educational programs">
- Provide expert guidance and support to clinical staff on evidence-based practice and education">
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to education and training">
- Maintain accurate records of education and training activities">

">To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A recognized qualification in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, teaching)">
- Significant experience of working in a clinical education environment">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team">

Salary & Benefits
">The salary for this role is £44,502-£53,427 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Location
