We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to join our team at Beach Baker Property Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial property consultancy, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Commercial Director to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading our commercial property operations, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability, and managing a team of commercial property professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage our commercial property operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Develop and implement commercial property strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage a team of commercial property professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted campaigns to drive growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform our commercial property strategies.
- Minimum of 2-4 years post-qualification experience in commercial valuations.
- Full driving license.
- Proven experience in the commercial property sector, ideally with exposure to the thriving East Midlands market.
