About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our New Business Development Team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our company and its offerings to potential clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead sales generation and growth initiatives
  • Work with the management team to ensure successful implementation of new business opportunities
  • Research and identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute sales plans and campaigns
  • Establish sales objectives and quotas
  • Oversee the New Business sales team
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales team members
  • Evaluate team performance and productivity
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in sales leadership and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Valid UK driving license and suitable vehicle for business use
