Job Title: Media Sales Director

Duties:
  1. Develop and implement business plans, including forecasting and pipeline management, to drive revenue growth and meet performance targets.
  2. Lead the delivery of strategic commercial development, process planning, and analytical reporting to inform business decisions.
  3. Provide on-the-job and classroom training to aid in the development of your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  4. Manage a best-in-class sales team, including coaching, feedback delivery, and development, to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
  1. Current/recent Media/advertising experience is essential, with a proven track record of success in commercial and sales leadership roles.
  2. Previous experience in managing and training sales teams is required, with a focus on delivering strategic commercial development and process planning.
  3. Strong analytical, data, and reporting skills are necessary to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  4. Knowledge of delivering marketing strategies and trends analysis is essential to stay ahead of the competition.
