Job Title: Commercial Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to join our team at Computacenter AG & Co. oHG. As a Commercial Director, you will be responsible for owning the commercial relationship with our customers, negotiating changes, and managing the commercial change process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Relationship Management: You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships to drive profitability and growth.
- Commercial Change Management: You will negotiate changes with customers and manage the commercial change process to ensure all cost and revenue changes are documented and approved.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with our International Commercial Manager and finance teams to ensure all impacts of change and variances are accurately reported in P&L forecast.
- Contractual Commercial Triggers: You will understand, monitor, and support the management of all contractual commercial triggers to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
Requirements:
- Commercial Expertise: You will have demonstrable commercial expertise of global services, ideally in Managed Services.
- Proven Track Record: You will have a proven track record of work experience in a challenging commercial environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Language Skills: We are ideally seeking a fluent German speaker.
- Travel Requirements: There will be a requirement of travel to Europe, likely to be once a month for internal meetings and with the client.
