Job Title: Sales Performance Expert
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

This role is responsible for providing sales teams and stakeholders with accurate and timely support throughout the sales cycle. As a process expert and trusted advisor on order requirements, you will serve as a key contributor to accelerating sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide presales support by assisting in opportunity/quote creation, selling strategy, risk analysis, and partnering with account managers and sales management to provide customers with sales and technical support.
  • Assist with PO booking, including supporting the order operation team and managing escalations.
  • Responsible for post-booking management, including relationships with customers and problem resolution.
  • Support key clients & resellers, assist in scaling sales processes, and maintain competence in areas of product, technology, sales, and competition.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5 years of sales, sales operations, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of sales experience in the networking arena.
  • Results-oriented, self-starting, highly motivated, and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to manage complex assignments and drive all interactions with customers to a positive end.
