Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Manager to join our sales team in Bracknell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively engaging with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Retail existing non-contracted customers through regular communication and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Establish long-term relationships with customers by providing tailored solutions and expert advice.
- Manage and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- 2-3 years' sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of achieving quota and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and ability to use client information to provide a consultative experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £45,000 to £60,000, regular bonuses and performance incentives, and a contributory pension scheme.
