About the Role:

We are seeking a Maternity Continuity Specialist to join our team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a midwife in our continuity teams, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to women and their families throughout the maternity journey.

Your responsibilities will include delivering individualized care to women and their families, promoting a woman-centred style of clinical practice, and participating in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve maternity services. You will also be responsible for working effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care to women and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care to women and their families, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to work flexibly within the midwifery service, providing individualized and culturally sensitive midwifery-led care to women and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
