Sales Account Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at BeBee Professionals in Weston-super-Mare. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving long-term growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably as a Client Relationship Specialist.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive health insurance, retirement plan, and wellness programs.
