Job Description:

AFL seeks a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to fill the role of Sales and Market Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the target region by identifying strategic accounts, developing ambitious sales plans, and leveraging their skills as an influencer and communicator to build strong relationships across their account ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales and business development experience in regional target markets, preferably in Data Center or Structured Cabling Markets. They will possess a strong hunter mentality, with a proven track record of developing new business and selling value propositions. Additionally, they will have experience in managing local sales teams and building a comprehensive network of contacts in the regional data center market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with AFL's goals
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans for each target account
  • Regularly engage with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within the client ecosystem

The successful candidate will also be expected to own and manage regional revenue and customer relationships, set clear revenue targets, and track performance against these goals. Furthermore, they will support the Account Manager in developing and executing revenue plans for their accounts and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize projects based on strategic value and revenue potential.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
