Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement fire alarm systems that meet customer requirements and comply with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including system designs, calculations, and reports.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, standards, and regulations in the field of fire alarm design and implementation.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: FIA Design certification, technical/engineering qualification, and experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Experience: Major project design experience, multi-discipline design experience, experience working with Revit, and experience working within a building services environment.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent eye for detail, self-motivated with an organized approach to managing workload, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.
