Private Client Principal Associate/Legal Director

A highly respected firm is seeking an ambitious individual to join their private client team as a Private Client Principal Associate/Legal Director. This role offers a huge opportunity for progression to partnership and exceptional flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling pre-death work, including wills, lifetime trusts, inheritance/capital gains tax, LPAs, and old style EPAs.
  • Providing technical expertise to handle complex/HNW work.
  • Leading and mentoring others to aid in their professional development.

About the Role:

This is an instrumental opportunity for an individual to make a significant impact in a highly respected firm. The role comes with an attractive salary and offers a pathway to progress beyond the level of legal director/principal associate within a few years.

Requirements:

  • Firm grasp of inheritance and capital gains tax.
  • Notable leadership skills to aid others.
  • Technical skills to handle complex/HNW work.
