Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Principal Associate/Director to join our team. As a key member of our private client department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on estate planning, trust administration, and inheritance tax matters to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and advise on estate planning documentation, including wills, trusts, and lifetime trusts.
  • Prepare and advise on wills, including wills to absorb qualifying business assets and agricultural assets.
  • Provide expert advice on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and pension planning.
  • Assist with the preparation and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney.
  • Deal with termination of trusts and provide support to more junior team members.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Confident to take responsibility and lead on client matters.
  • Able to deliver work in line with deadlines.
  • Uphold an excellent reputation and act as a role model to others.
