Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Estée Lauder Companies' retail stores are the primary outlet for the company's premium beauty products. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Retail Store Supervisor. As a key member of the store team, you will be responsible for leading by example, coaching and mentoring colleagues, and ensuring that every customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience
- Coach and mentor colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge
- Ensure the smooth operation of the store, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets
- Collaborate with the store manager and assistant manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring colleagues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
