We're seeking a Store Manager to join our team in Quedgeley, Gloucestershire, who will lead their management team and colleagues in store, overseeing all aspects of store operations from stock to recruitment. As a Store Manager at B&M Retail, you'll be present on the floor, getting stuck in and playing a key part in the successful running of your store. You'll work closely with your team, driving them to achieve their best and coaching and inspiring them to reach their full potential.
To be successful, you'll need to be an engaging leader, embracing pace and achieving excellence in sales growth, store standards, and KPIs. You'll also need to develop a winning team, welcome challenges, and love retail, demonstrating a true passion for the industry.

It's essential that applicants have store management experience within a fast-paced and high turnover retail environment, experience of managing and developing medium to large-sized teams, a history of successfully working towards and achieving KPIs, flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends and bank holidays, and experience within an FMCG or big box setting is ideal but not essential.
