Workforce Planning and Organisation Development Coordinator

**Role Overview**

LHH is partnering with a well-regarded public sector organisation to support their Workforce Planning and Development team on an interim basis. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality business support, focusing on recruitment, pre-employment checks, preboarding, and onboarding of new colleagues. Additionally, you will contribute to learning and training activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Deliver effective business support activities within a fast-paced team environment
* Utilise Microsoft Office suite to manage various tasks and projects
* Collaborate with the Workforce Planning and Development team to achieve shared goals

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in delivering business support activities
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
