Workforce Planning and Organisation Development Coordinator Role Overview

LHH is partnering with a well-regarded public sector organisation to support their Workforce Planning and Development team. As a Workforce Planning and Organisation Development Coordinator, you will provide high-quality business support, including recruitment, pre-employment checks, preboarding, and onboarding of new colleagues. You will also contribute to learning and training activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide business support to the Workforce Planning and Development team
* Assist with recruitment, pre-employment checks, and onboarding of new colleagues
* Develop and implement learning and training activities
* Utilise Microsoft Office suite to support business operations

Requirements

* Experience in delivering effective business support activities within a busy team
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to work collaboratively and provide high-quality support
