Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Executive to join our team at Guidant Global. As an Inventory Management Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inventory management strategies to maximise sales and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in allocation, merchandising, or planning, with strong Excel skills and experience of using Allocation tools. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

You will report directly to the Senior Allocator and will be responsible for supporting the achievement of the allocation strategies. This includes liaising with Hub & Logistics teams to ensure picks get to stores in a timely manner, producing weekly updates on key product/operational moments to support store teams, and striving to educate key interfaces about the Allocation function.

The successful candidate will be commercially astute, numerically skilled, and have strong communication skills. They will also be adaptable, a problem solver, and able to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
