Supply Chain Coordination

As a Logistics and Inventory Manager at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd, you'll oversee the coordination of global supply chain activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

You'll be responsible for managing inventory levels, maintaining optimal stock positions, and creating transfer orders between multiple sites globally. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining SKU ranges, discontinued products, NPD, and allocation orders, OOS, and optimal inventory levels within tight commercial and operational constraints.
  • Creating transfer orders between multiple sites globally.
  • Collaborating with internal sales and operational teams, customers, and fulfillment partners to drive operational execution and service levels.
  • Identifying and addressing long-term challenges in a fast-growing business.

We're offering a salary range of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days' holiday, inclusive parental leave policy, and wellness benefits.
