Senior Inventory Management Leader

As the Senior Inventory Management Leader, you'll work closely with leads in Design, Engineering, and Marketing to rethink how we enable customers to improve inventory, control costs, and operate smoothly.

You will also be a founding member of our London office and organization, with autonomy to design and launch localized customer experiences to our global restaurants and testing, and iteration.

  • Define and execute on the roadmap for Restaurant Inventory Management in partnership with engineers, designers, and other product stakeholders.
  • Define both product strategy and detailed product requirements.
  • Establish the KPIs and metrics to measure and evaluate progress.
  • Represent the voice of the UK customer: perform user research and competitive market analysis to become the expert on regional needs.
  • Champion customer needs internally by building strong relationships horizontally and vertically within Toast.
  • Integrate any UK acquisitions into Toast's product experience.
Key Responsibilities
