We are seeking a Senior Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our Restaurant Inventory Management team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap in partnership with engineers, designers, and other product stakeholders.

About this role:

  • Define product strategy and detailed product requirements.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure and evaluate progress.
  • Represent the voice of the UK customer through user research and competitive market analysis.
  • Champion customer needs internally by building strong relationships horizontally and vertically within Toast.
  • Integrate any UK acquisitions into Toast's product experience.

About you:

  • Passion for and knowledge of inventory management or F&B back-office operations.
  • 5+ years of product management experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of working on developing and launching products on mobile and web.
  • Experience translating customer needs into world-class experiences based on user feedback.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment.
