At Growth Investments, we are seeking a Junior Investment Broker to join our team of esteemed professionals. As a key member of our brokerage services, you will be responsible for contacting and qualifying prospective clients, booking meetings for senior brokers, and collaborating with the senior team to implement specific strategies and target specific demographics.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-year sales experience, knowledge and interest in the global financial markets, and a competitive and ambitious attitude. You will also be responsible for achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets, researching target markets and industry trends, and sourcing new leads and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting and qualifying prospective clients, booking meetings for senior brokers
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets
  • Collaborating with the senior brokers to implement specific strategies and target specific demographics
  • Researching target markets and industry trends and sourcing new leads and opportunities
  • Building relationships and rapport with prospective high net worth individuals
  • Effectively using company CRM to ensure all admin and notes are kept entirely up to date
  • Ongoing training to develop sales skills and knowledge of financial markets and the range of products available through the company

Key skills and qualifications include:

Key performance indicators include:

  • 150 calls minimum per day
  • Call time of at least 1h 30 minutes a day
  • Weekly target to book a minimum of 15 meetings / 3 per day
  • 50% minimum sit rate

Package includes:

  • The agreement will be based on consultancy via a service company
  • £3,000 per month for retained service
  • 10% of the net commission made by the senior broker they are paired with

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 and an OTE of £120,000.

The ideal candidate will be based in London and will be working directly with the senior broker team.
