The Leeds Bread Co-op is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inclusion and Behaviour Intervention Worker to join their team at the North East Primary Area Inclusion Partnership.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide targeted interventions for pupils attending the NEPAIP inclusion base and during reintegration into schools.

The Inclusion and Behaviour Intervention Worker will support the effective inclusion of vulnerable children through targeted interventions, working collaboratively with our team to secure positive outcomes for pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality support to pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, using evidence-based strategies and techniques.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues, promoting a sense of community and belonging.

  • Utilise creativity and innovation to engage pupils and promote positive behaviour change.
  • Foster a culture of mutual respect, empathy and understanding among all stakeholders.

Salary:

The salary for this role is approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
