Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students with SEMH needs
- Develop and implement behaviour plans to promote positive behaviour
- Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver interventions and strategies to support student progress

Salary: £18-£22 per hour (dependent on experience)
