**Supporting Students with Behavioural Challenges**

GSL Education is committed to providing high-quality support staff to schools across the UK. As an Educational Behavioural Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioural challenges, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the pastoral team to develop and implement behaviour management strategies, providing one-on-one and group support to students as needed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social and emotional development.
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies and interventions tailored to individual student needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student behaviour, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational or support setting, particularly those with behavioural difficulties.
  • Strong knowledge of SEND and behaviour management strategies, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • A competitive hourly pay rate of £96-£107 per day, depending on experience.
