About the Role:
You will work closely with the pastoral team to develop and implement behaviour management strategies, providing one-on-one and group support to students as needed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social and emotional development.
- Implementing behaviour management strategies and interventions tailored to individual student needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of student behaviour, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
**Requirements:**
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational or support setting, particularly those with behavioural difficulties.
- Strong knowledge of SEND and behaviour management strategies, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- A competitive hourly pay rate of £96-£107 per day, depending on experience.
