We are a specialist provider of wellbeing mentoring services to the higher education and FE sectors, as well as the workplace. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, safe mental health and autism mentoring interventions to students and staff.

As an Autism Specialist Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism who are studying for a qualification at university. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in their lives, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

This role requires a deep understanding of autism and its impact on learning and daily life. You will have experience of working with young people or adults with autism and be committed to disability equity. A bachelor's degree in any subject is also required, along with the ability to contribute to service development and participate in clinical supervision and team meetings.

The salary for this role is £27 per hour, and we offer free parking, a referral programme, and sick pay as benefits. If you are passionate about supporting students with autism and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-to-one mentoring support to students with autism
