We are seeking a committed professional to join our Revenues & Benefits division. As a Revenue and Benefits Specialist, your primary role will involve managing Housing and Council tax modifications, Universal Credit cases, assessments, and new applications with accuracy and diligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through various communication channels to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Independently meet established deadlines
  • Effectively manage workload while complying with regulations
  • Offer support and guidance to junior team members
  • Share expertise and best practices within the team
  • Maintain a constructive attitude and contribute to process enhancements
  • Regularly surpass productivity benchmarks

Required Qualifications:

Essential qualifications include familiarity with Northgate / Academy / IBS Systems, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of Housing Benefits / Council Tax. Proficiency in IT and self-motivation are also essential.
