Job Title: Fire Safety Service Coordinator

About the Role:

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of fire alarm maintenance services. The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, coordinate service calls, and provide administrative support to ensure timely and professional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination:
    • Plan and assign maintenance jobs to engineers, optimizing their schedules for efficiency.
    • Respond to emergency call-outs and coordinate urgent service requests.
    • Monitor and manage the service calendar to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
  • Customer Service:
    • Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and service requests professionally.
    • Keep clients informed of scheduled visits, changes, and updates.
    • Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare and distribute job sheets, quotes, and service reports.
    • Manage inventory levels and order necessary parts or equipment for engineers.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure all documentation is compliant with UK fire safety regulations and company standards.
    • Assist in preparing compliance reports and certificates for clients.
  • Team Support:
    • Liaise with engineers and management to resolve operational challenges.
    • Provide input to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
