**About the Position**
Heath Farm School is seeking a dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team in Ashford, Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with students who require additional support, and to contribute to their academic and personal growth.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced teaching staff, providing general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including life assurance, pension scheme options, and access to a flexible benefits platform.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
- Assist teachers in managing pupils and the classroom.
- Provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
- Contribute to the day-to-day administration and organization of the school.
